Web Client in Focus

With enhanced features in sales, purchasing, service, finance, production, and warehousing, the modern web client takes center stage. Users benefit from an intuitive interface, deep integrations with Microsoft 365, and new automations, such as AI-powered document recognition in invoice processing.

Security & Compliance

Stronger authentication, single sign-on, and modern identity management solutions make Business One even more secure. At the same time, global requirements are taken into account: from electronic invoicing (e.g., Poland, France, Brazil) to local tax regulations (e.g., the UK’s “Making Tax Digital”).

Artificial Intelligence & Automation

By integrating SAP Build Process Automation AI services on the SAP Business Technology Platform enable companies to automate routine tasks, thus creating more space for value-adding activities.

Cloud & Flexibility

The roadmap clearly focuses on hybrid and cloud-based scenarios. Partner-hosted multi-tenant environments, simplified upgrades, and new tools for the Cloud Control Center create greater flexibility and scalability.
