Itegrity AG merger with DATA UNIT AG

We are delighted to announce the upcoming merger of Itegrity AG and DATA UNIT AG. Effective April 1, 2022, we will merge with our long-standing partner. Our service portfolio for ERP products for medium-sized businesses will remain unchanged. 

We are thus combining the strengths of two established ERP companies and achieving our stated goal: the No. 1 SAP Competence Center for SMEs in Switzerland to become.

At the same time, the merger underscores our strategy of providing expert and comprehensive support to medium-sized businesses in increasingly complex and often international projects. Furthermore, it will accelerate the expansion of our cloud business. With our two locations in Sursee and Baden, we are increasing our market presence and offering our business partners and employees even better accessibility.

As of April 1, 2022, the management and ownership of DATA UNIT AG will be composed as follows: Philipp Emmenegger and Daniel Walker, both Co-CEOs, David Emmenegger, COO, Patrick Pribilovic, Head of Consulting and Roger Wipfli, Chief Sales Officer.

You, our valued business partners, will benefit in the future from even more experience and expertise thanks to our strong team in Sursee. Your existing personal contacts and account managers will continue to provide you with expert support.
